Please read the following terms and conditions (henceforth “Agreement”) carefully as any purchase of products will be subject to these terms and conditions. They set out the agreement between Counter Intelligence (referred in this Agreement as “we”, “us” or “our”) and you or ‘user’ (referring to the person(s) or company submitting any data t us or our agent or the website). At no point are your statutory rights affected.

Data we collect
Yden collects information from the user on the order form when a purchase is made.
Yden collects, stores and processes your data for processing your purchase on the website and any possible later claims, and to provide you with our services which you request. We may collect your name, title, gender, email address, postal address, delivery address (if different), telephone number, mobile number, fax number, payment details, payment card details or bank account details.
Financial information (credit card type, number and expiration date) is needed for billing purposes and to process customers’ orders. Our online payment methods are securely encrypted and we never see your full payment details when processing payments. Also, we will use the information you provide to administer your account with us; verify and carry out financial transactions in relation to payments you make online; audit the downloading of data from our website; improve the layout and/or content of the pages of our website and customize them for users; identify visitors on our website; carry out research on our users’ demographics. In case of errors in data, you have right to require us to correct any inaccuracies in your data free of charge. However this is not the case when it involves wrong personal data regarding purchases that are already in transit. In such cases please make contact with our courier.
Third Parties
We may pass your name and address on to a third party in order to make delivery of the product to you (for example to our courier or supplier). We make use of outside courier companies to ship orders and a Payment Service Provider. Under no circumstances do we share personal customer details to third parties for marketing purposes. The only third party who collects information through the website is our Payment Service Provider, Paypal. This company does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make shopping at Yden possible and to enhance your overall shopping experience. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
Cookies
a cookie is a small data file, which is stored temporarily or permanently on your device (e.g. a computer or a smartphone) within the web browser, when certain web pages are visited. Yden only makes use of session ID session cookies to hold the contents of the “Shopping Cart”. This session ID cookie consists of a product identifiers and quantities of products. Once the user closes his/her browser the cookie terminates. After this no information is held on the user’s computer relating to the order.
Remarketing
We make use of Google AdWords remarketing service to place advertisements for our website and products on third party websites, aimed at those who have visited our website previously. The advertisements will be based on which products you have viewed on our website and will be originated from a cookie placed on your machine. Any data collected will be done so (and used) only in accordance with ours (and Google’s) privacy policy.

Log Files
Like most standard website servers we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track users’ movements in the aggregate and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Security and payment with Paypal
Using a card for shopping has become an accepted way to pay for goods and services. We are comfortable with handing our card to a shop assistant, waiter or giving our card details to someone on the other end of the telephone. Still, many people are uncomfortable about putting card details on a website as they are uncertain about the destination of the information.
At Yden we make use of the payment services of Payal. Paypal is one of the major processors of internet payments. Paypal uses the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security protocol. As part of this, your credit card details are transmitted in encrypted format to the credit card company. These data cannot be intercepted by third parties. The messages that Paypal sends to us are all encrypted as well. Your credit card details are stored in the very well protected computers of Paypal Payment Services. Moreover, your credit card details will not be disclosed to Yden group B.V. The card details are only transported to a Bank to authorize your purchase.
Paypal guarantees that it will never:
• Pass on your financial details
• Pass on any personal information gathered when you place an order
• Sell or rent your details, you will never receive junk mail as a result of using Paypal
• Leave invasive technologies such as cookies on your machine
• Exploit your details in any way

Business Transitions
In the event that Yden goes through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of its assets, customers’ personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred. Customers will be notified via e-mail prior to a change of ownership or control of their personal information, and will have the option to contact the acquirer of this information should they wish to do so.
