Beets chips

Homemade is happiness! The load of nutrients and fiber makes this chips a lot healthier than ordinary potato chips!

INGREDIENTS

  • two red beets
  • 1 tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoonsea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of dill powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Wash the beets.
  • Cut tops off.
  • Slice the beets as thin as possible, just like how chips looks like
  • Cover the beets with oil, garlic powder and dill powder.
  • Place on the rack and set to dry at 50° C (130° F) for about 10-12 hours.
