Fruity Cinnamon Smoothie
As the weather gets colder it’s important to keep your body healthy and strong. That’s why drinking smoothies is great, even during colder seasons so don’t skip on this health routine. This smoothie has high doses of vitamin C and antioxidants, everything to strengthen your immune system and keep your skin hydrated and glowing!
TIP: Replace tangerines for oranges for higher doses of vitamin C, but note that tangerines taste milder and more sweet.
Ingredients:
250 gr strawberries
2-3 tangerines
1 banana
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
¼ cup of water
Steps:
1.Peel and wash all ingredients and put them in the blender with the ¼ cup of water.
2.Blend for 30-60 seconds.
